3. Shipping Costs

4. Shipping Liabilities and Risk of Loss

5. International Shipping (If Applicable)

5.1. Customs and Duties: For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record. The Customer is solely responsible for payment of all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. The Company is not responsible for shipment delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

5.2. Compliance: The Customer must ensure that the ordered Products comply with all import regulations of the destination country.
