RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUND POLICY
NF GARMENTS (SMC PRIVATE LIMITED)
1. Policy Overview and Scope
This policy provides the framework for the return and exchange of purchased merchandise to ensure a fair and consistent customer experience. This policy is subject to the conditions set forth in our Terms and Conditions of Service.
2. Eligibility for Return
2.1. Return Window: A request for return or exchange must be formally initiated within [14] calendar days following the documented delivery date of the Product.
2.2. Condition Requirement: For a return to be accepted, the Product must be received in a pristine and resalable condition, defined as:
* Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
* Free of any odors, stains, or damage (e.g., makeup, perfume, smoke).
* Retaining all original tags, labels, and protective seals attached.
* Returned in its original packaging.
2.3. Non-Returnable Items: For reasons of hygiene and finality of sale, the following categories are ineligible for return or exchange:
* Undergarments, hosiery, and intimate apparel.
* Products marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-returnable.”
* Any Product that has been customized, altered, or embroidered upon request.
3. Return Procedure
3.1. Initiation: The Customer must contact the Company via email at [nf.garments7@gmail.com] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The request must include the original Order Number and the precise reason for the return.
3.2. Shipping Responsibility: Unless the return is necessitated by a verifiable error on the part of the Company (e.g., dispatch of an incorrect or defective item), the Customer assumes full responsibility for all shipping costs associated with the return shipment.
3.3. Packaging: The returned Product must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. The Company is not responsible for Products damaged or lost during the return journey.
4. Refund and Exchange Resolution
4.1. Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt, the returned Product will undergo rigorous inspection against the eligibility criteria (Section 2.2). The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these standards.
4.2. Refund Processing: For approved returns, a refund for the Product purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to the original method of payment within [10] business days following the approval notification.
4.3. Exchanges: Exchanges for size or color are contingent upon current stock availability. If the desired replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed in accordance with Section 4.2.
